For his sixth and latest Deutsche Grammophon album, pianist Seong-Jin Cho returns to the music of Frédéric Chopin. His third Chopin recording for Deutsche Grammophon is entitled "Chopin: Piano Concerto No. 2 - Scherzi". For this album, Cho is collaborating with the London Symphony Orchestra and its conductor Gianandrea Noseda, with whom he has had a productive and Seong-Jin Cho gained international attention and critical acclaim for his first prize at the 2015 Warsaw Chopin Competition, followed by a studio recording combining Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1 and the 4 Ballads.
